Anonymous or identified surveys

Collect responses with a module separate from the reporting channel, used via API.

The Surveys module is a neutral response collector, separate from the reporting channel under Legislative Decree 24/2023: no shared data, registers or roles. It is used via API and has no public page in the reporting channel.

Two modes

  • Anonymous: it is impossible to link a person to their response. Responses carry no reference and no time, and are released only in batches of at least k responses (k ≥ 3), in random order.
  • Identified (in the clear): each response carries the reference of who responded, for when you need to know who answered what.

What "anonymous" means

"Anonymous" means it is impossible to link a person to their response — not that the content is confidential: the content remains readable and aggregable for analysis.

Free text can still make the writer recognizable (content, style). This must be stated on the survey page.
